Register for Course

Please read the Terms and Conditions: 

To secure the Early Bird Rate please pay the full Early Bird Course Fee of $2,175.00 with your application either by Credit Card on the Chameleon Courses website or by direct banking. Direct banking should be made to: Chameleon Courses Account: BNZ 02-0272-0207005-25 

1. Please ensure you state: Your Name, Course Code: PRPP-A, and the amount paid.
2. If your organisation is registering and paying on your behalf, please ensure that they state your NAME in the bank payment reference so that this can be matched to your application form. 
3. Please be respectfully advised that we are unable to process an Application without the above happening and will defer offering a place until payment is received. 
4. Please note the fee includes a Non-Refundable Processing Fee of $543.75 (see refund policy clause). 
5. The Tax Receipt will be electronically sent to you once the full course fee is paid. 
6. If you require a Tax Invoice prior to applying please contact us ASAP and request the invoice. Places will be allocated on a first come basis on receipt of the electronic application form and payment of the full course fee. 
7. This five day course is only delivered in-person, face-to-face and virtual attendance is not an option. 

Fees Refund Policy: 

1. Once a place on the course has been allocated, in the event of your withdrawal any time before ten (10) working days of the course (17th June 2026), the full fee will be reimbursed less the 25% Non-Refundable Processing Fee ($543.75). 
2. After the 17th June 2026, the full course fee is non-refundable. 
3. If you are unable to attend the course you may send another occupational therapist in your place. Please let us know immediately by email if this is the case. 

Cancellation of Course and/or Change of Dates: 

1. If, for reasons beyond the control of Chameleon Courses, the course is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded, less a 10% deduction for administration. 
2. If, for reasons beyond the control of Chameleon Courses, the course dates are shifted leading to a participant being unable to attend on the new dates, registration fees will be refunded, less 3% when the course fee payment was made via Credit Card. No other liability for costs incurred by the participant will be attributed to Chameleon Courses. 
3. NB. This course will be cancelled if sufficient numbers are not reached by 2nd June 2026.

Liability: In the event of any disruption and/or event leading to losses or added expenses being incurred by a participant in respect of the course, there shall be no liability attached to Chameleon Courses. 

The course outline and content are accurate at time of print however, Chameleon Courses reserves the right to amend any component as necessary. By submitting this form, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. 

Health and Safety: Should your attendance on the course be affected by health issues including conditions, such as Covid or influenza, leading up to the start date and/or during the course, please immediately notify Chameleon Courses to discuss the options. If you are unwell, ahead of the course start date, this could include sending another occupational therapist in your place or transferring your place to a future course (this option may incur some minor costs, for example catering on the next course). Please note the above fees refund policy will apply in this instance.
